No external plugins were used.The background strokes video 1080p which is a seamless loop of 20 sec is included in the project.Also a fractal flow clip used on the floor as reflection is included.So with the purchase of thic project you get 2 beautiful high res clips.The composition was made for 720p but you can re-adjust all the comps.You can easily add more videos to the scene.On the floor cc drizzle was used so you can replace the video and keep the ripples.If you are going to use 720p videos just scale them down by 50% and they'll fit perfect.
