Doing a video for a triathlete competitor and using an open door van, caught some decent slow motion video of him during an early morning ride.
For someone over 50, (or actually for someone under 50), this guy, Shane Alton Eversfield, is totally ripped...I don't believe there is much body fat to measure. He uses Tai Chi and a Taoist belief to put his long distance swimming, biking and running in a completely different frame of mind.
Great guy and great athlete.
