Cam Cornelius is a multi-talented Director of Photography, Video Editor, Producer, Voice Over Artist and Technology Geek. Cam grew up in the music industry with artists such as Sawyer Brown, Johnny Paycheck, Collin Raye, and Alan Jackson. While in high school, Cam freelanced for newspapers including the Nashville Banner and had the opportunity to be an assistant recording engineer on a music project in Moscow, Russia.
A veteran of both radio and television, Cam has been an air-personality for Y107, 107.5 The River, and 102.5 The Party in Nashville as well as a Network Air Personality for the Way-FM Radio Network. During his tenure as a TV Photojournalist and Investigative Producer, Cam created stories for WSMV-TV and WZTV-TV in Nashville.
With his own companies, Cam Communications, VoiceoverDude.com, and PictureCar.com, Cam has had the opportunity to work with artists and directors including Diamond Rio, Martina McBride, Keith Urban, Travis Tritt, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Bill Gaither, Mark Lowry, Michael W. Smith, Steve Taylor, Deaton Flanigen, and Spike Lee.
Some of Cam’s clients include The American Red Cross, The Tennessee Fisher House, WTVF, WKRN, Rocketown, Paramount Pictures, Nissan North America, ABC News - Good Morning America and Nightline, NBC Nightly News, Extra, and The Fox Files.
Cam is currently a Video Specialist and Director of Photography creating life changing and award winning programming for The Lampo Group, owned by radio host and financial guru Dave Ramsey.
Cam has received several Associated Press Awards, a National Headliner Award, several Emmy nominations, and two Emmy Awards. His amateur radio call sign is K1CAM.
