I'm not really using any stock, but I post this because when I shoot commercials for clients, I ask them for permission to shoot video for my stock portfolio. I rarely have a client turn me down.

I shot a number of clips for stock during this shoot and I always keep releases in my camera bag. So when you're out shooting, remember to keep releases with you and that it never hurts to ask...
