It's a touchy subject for some people. $10 you are throwing a lot of profit away. I dropped over 2,500 of my no sales clips down to $20 for most of a year as a test. The result, lower income. From me, it would be a safe bet to raise all of them to $40-50 and the ones that sell more than once to $50-60 to start. As you make sales bump them another $5.
Go look at the artist resources for best of week and best of month. There are a lot of very so-so normal clips that sell for $200 and up. The guys that are making the best payouts are definitely not at $10.
Remember there is a factor of perception of quality. $10 gives buyers a perception that they are poor quality.
We try to keep pricing discussions in the artist only forum.
There are many artists here that do not submit to fixed priced agencies because of the very high production value of their footage. Fixed prices here at P5 would not be good.
Controlling the race to the bottom like dapoota said needs to be controlled and a lot of artists really want the lower end of the prices to to be raised but no limit on the upper end. P5 prices are still much lower than SS.
