Like the tittle says this is a video timelapse of a busy regional port filmed mostly with my trusty Sony EX1. The tilt shift effect was added in post with the tilt angle preset in Magic Bullet Looks 2 which is a plugin I am using inside of Sony Vegas 11. Clips are gathered from filming over the last 3 years(not fulltime:-) and >90% of them are for sale here on Pond 5.

I thought I turned up the volume from mute but didn't, and Ravel's Bolero is on the radio at the moment....works great! (I'll listen to your soundtrack next time!)
Yes its the Tilt shift(or some such name) preset in Magic Bullet Looks that gives it its miniatures look. You select the plane to keep in focus. It also seems to pump up the contrast and colors to help give that effect. All an optical illusion that is best done with tilt shift lens but this seems to work ok if not perfectly.
