ftp.pond5.com seems to have quite a lot to do so we'll add another server, imaginatively named ftp2.pond5.com.
A while back we changed ftp server, and to avoid a DNS limbo state we pointed ftp2.pond5.com to the new ftp.pond5.com-server so you could use ftp2 during the transitional period. So if you are still using ftp2.pond5.com, you will not see unfinished uploads as they will only be seen on ftp.pond5.com.
I will change the dns entry for ftp2.pond5.com after about a day from when this message was sent and the cached dns-entry should timeout in max 2 hours.
We are currently uploading some clips to the ftp2.pond5.com server. There are a few of these that are already done and aren't showing up to be keyworded. Are these going to work ok or are we going to need to redo them?
You have three presumably unfinished uploads on ftp.pond5.com and three ongoing on ftp2.pond5.com.
It could be that you connected to ftp2.pond5.com and received the old IP address and then you were disconnected, upon reconnect the IP address had timed out and you got the new IP instead making the first three files invisible (as ftp and ftp2 do not share the same file system).
Or in fewer words; please connect to ftp.pond5.com and resume upload on those three files.
