zygistudio is right. It could definitely be done that way in AE. The picture size is much larger than 1920x1080, so you put them into a comp the size of the pictures, open up a 1920x1080 comp and keyframe a pan in the direction you want the "camera" to be moving.

It is a 2' round piece of chopping block (get at hardware store) with a rotisserie motor driving it. t can rotate left or right and is completely mounted on a portable base that has some additional surface area around it for other micro dolly shots as well. I just need to finally build my micro dolly. :)

Do this again with him holding a paper in his hand that says "eviction". That would go very well in these economic times.
Next is him in a suit on the phone, typing on the pc etc. Those sell very well.

I haven't pimped in a good while so I'll play!
Last weeks design/upload...only a few views so far.
I've been working with a sort of acid-washed coloring outside the main composition. I've done a few in this style, but this is my most recent favorite.
