I have a sound effect that a potential buyer wants to use in a game that is released worldwide. The buyer want's to know if he needs some sort of special licence.

This seems like when I sold some clips to Dreamworks through Pond5.
They need a different license which Pond5 took care of and I received extra money.
(Of course it may not be the same at all, but it just seems to me to be the same buy)
Same when I sold stuff to twilight movie people I got extra money, had an extra contract to sign, and P5 took care of all the details. Games could be different, not sure, contact Dana Tower I think he is the guy that handled my stuff. He is really nice and has beautiful eyebrows.
