Selling Images on Pond5
We are accepting submissions of photos in a JPG format only, you can set your own price, and make 50% every time it sells. We will be supporting more file formats in the coming months. Please check our Photo Requirements before you begin the upload.
Selling Vectors on Pond5
At the moment our platform supports only JPG files however we are working on improvements to accomodate vector files very soon.
You have two options of pricing images on Pond5. You can price the highest resolution file (the one you supplied to us) and the prices of lower resolutions (that were automatically generated by our system) would be priced by the formula:
100% | 85% | 70% | 55% | 40% | 25% | 20%
To test out setting prices and see how the formula calculates them, just logon to your Pond5 account, go to MyPond > Uploads page and set a price of one of the images. Then click on the thumbnail to pull up the item's detail page where all the sizes and prices will be displayed. Another option is to set the same price for all resolutions.
