The Pond5 $25,000 Footage and iMac® Giveaway Promotion Guidelines:
Throughout April, Pond5 will be awarding $25,000 worth of credit to purchase licenses for any video or audio content available on pond5.com to qualified participants. In addition, on April 30th, one lucky participant will win a 27” Apple iMac.
There are two ways to qualify to win:
1. Daily Website Drawings, April 1-30, 2010. Each day during this period, $500 worth of Pond5 credit will be awarded in packages of $50 or more each to a random selection of Pond5 members who have signed in or registered for a user account at pond5.com that day.
2. NAB Daily Booth Visitor Drawings, April 12 -15, 2010. Each day during NAB 2010, $2500 in credit will be awarded in packages of $50 or more to a random selection of Pond5 booth visitors whose NAB Show attendee cards have been scanned by Pond5 staff at either of Pond5’s two booths. Pond5 booths are located in the South Lower Hall at SL1412 and SL8809.
On April 30th, the Apple iMac Grand Prize Drawing will occur. One Grand Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected participant who has qualified for either the daily website drawing or the NAB booth visitor drawing.
Promotion details:
• All winners will be notified by email, sent to the email address associated with the user account account registered on Pond5.com (in the case of the Daily Website Drawings), or to the email account associated with the NAB card scanned at the Pond5 booth (in the case of the NAB Daily Booth Visitor Drawings).
• Credit prizes are good for purchases at www.pond5.com only. Credits may not be used or redeemed in any other way.
• Credit awards are non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.
• For the Daily Website Drawings, a maximum of one (1) credit prize will be allowed for any single registered www.pond5.com member account through the term of the promotion. For the NAB Daily Booth Visitor Drawings, a maximum of one (1) credit prize will be awarded to any NAB booth visitor throughout the term of the promotion. Participant pools are non-exclusive, and a single winner may win a credit prize from both pools.
• Both the Daily Website Drawings, and the NAB Daily Booth Visitor Drawings will be done by random selection from the participating entries occurring during the 24 period prior to the drawing. Both drawings will occur at 10pm Eastern Standard Time on each day of their term.
• All participants, including those who have won a credit prize, will be eligible for the Grand Prize Apple iMac drawing on April 30th, 2010.
• For the Grand Prize Drawing, in cases where a single participant has participated in both the Daily Website Drawings and the NAB Booth Visitor Drawings., only one entry will be counted.
• Creating multiple user accounts for a single individual or company is strictly prohibited for the purposes of this promotion, and will disqualify any such individual or company that Pond5 determines, at its sole discretion, has not complied with this restriction.
• For the Daily Website Drawings, all credit awards will be automatically associated with participants’ corresponding user accounts. For the NAB Daily Booth Visitor Drawings, a credit code will be emailed to each winning participant. The credit code must be entered on the checkout page of Pond5.com in order for credit to be applied to a user account and made available for purchases.
• Credits will be good for purchases at www.pond5.com for two (2) years from the date of winning.
• Participants for all promotional drawings must have valid email accounts associated with either their Pond5 member account, or their NAB booth visitor card, to be considered for their respective drawing pools.
• Participants in all drawings must be at least 18 years of age.
• Grand Prize will be awarded as a new 27” iMac, or, if unavailable from Apple.com, a prize of equal monetary value.
• Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any import duties or taxes related to prize delivery. Pond5 will pay reasonable shipping costs. Grand Prize winner must provide valid shipping address, phone and email contact information to Pond5 in order to receive the prize.
