Description
El Rosedal, a nice rose garden and public park at Palermo district, Buenos Aires, in the afternoon. The clip shows a pergola next to a lake, which is hardly discernible except for a pedal boat that passes. A dog enters the frame at around 6 sec to the left. The motion of the foreground foliage is subtle but recognizable. There are no people (only in the far background).
