Description
The controlled demolition of the 17 story Allis Hotel in Wichita, Kansas. Built in 1930 and demolished in 1996. The angle was down wind from the building so the smoke and dust from the building came towards camera.
The collapse caused a small earthquake that can be seen by the camera shaking on the tripod. The crowd watching the event can also be heard cheering.
