Description
Driving up a mountain pass during heavy rains or a microburst causes the mud to flow, the streets to flood and the visibility to dilute. Driving up the Catalina Mountains in AZ during a very strong downpour. Taking the hairpin turns very slowly and proceeding with caution through the mud sliding across the street.
