It is the largest flower auction in the world. The auction building of the flower auction in Aalsmeer is the third largest building in the world, in terms of floorspace. Flowers from all over the world are traded on a daily basis at the Aalsmeer facilities. After merging with their biggest competitor, the auction is called FloraHolland.
