The source of the footage was noted in the description. Its a consumer grade Canon Vixia HF200. The dark banding is visible in the preview at :17, :26, :28. I apologize if this seem posted as misleading. I am unsure what more info both contextual or visual I could have provided.

This clip looks impressive in preview but once I downloaded it, I realized that there are bad horizontal dark bands resulting from a cheap CCD reacting to bright flashes. I was able to cut out the worst of that but found that most but not all frames are frame doubled, and it looks wrong next to lightning shot at natural speeds. I am using some repaired frames from this but am overall disappointed that this clip wasn't what it was represented as.
