Annual festival marking the independence of Latacunga, 11th November. 1 minute sequence of the 7th of November 2009 Mama Negra. In this sequence are 3 Huacos (curanderos) Ashanguero carrying a roast pig and guinea pigs and Capariches (white with wings).
