Description
Pakistan got hit by massive floods, followed by a huge landslide, which caused the creation of an artificial lake near the village of Attabad. In the aftermath of this natural disaster, aid from China and other countries had to be transported over the lake, as the only link between the Northern Areas and the Hunza valley downstream, the Karakoram Highway, was cut off.
These engineers are measuring water levels to monitor possible changes.
