About the Footage
aerial photos over New York put together with motion blend and a lot of effects applied to them. The 2 clips are both the same just different colors.
The pictures were very bad quality and in black and white. I had to add a ton of effects to make it look interesting and useful.
They were from the 1940's, they were created for survey purposes for a millitary production. However I now have the rights to this clip.
The original pictures were certified public domain, however my modifications make this a new arrangment. It is completely different than the original version. I own the copyright to this clip. For more information on United States copyright law go to copyright.gov
