Earthquake Destruction Indonesia - News Cameraman In Disaster Zone. On 30th September 2009 a M7.6 earthquake struck near city of Padang, in Sumatra Indonesia. The earthquake killed over 1000 people and resulted in heavy damage throughout the region.
