Man cutting decaying oak tree with all the proper safety equipment including helmet, spurs, harness and ropes. He is a professional arborist and specializes in removing trees from around homes and cottages. In this instance he has climbed the tree and is removing the limbs one at a time which are lowered to the ground with ropes to the ground crew.
