Just cut the video into three seamlessly loopable, nine second segments and they can be layered, sized, animated, cropped, re-timed and looped... allowing you to assemble an almost infinite number of different HD 1080 atmospheric effects. This is another "multi-clip" - try layering the clips in After Effects, with opacity settings of around 30% or in "Overlay" and "Soft Light" blending. Using the free Knoll "UnMult" plugin in After Effects works really well - it eliminates the black by creating an alpha channel.
