The intersection of Front and Maclay Streets in Harrisburg, PA after Susquehanna River flood waters have receded. Remnants of Tropical Storm Lee caused majoring flooding along the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg and surrounding towns in Central Pennsylvania during September of 2011.
