Description
Juneau is located on the pan handle of Alaska which is located in Southeastern Alaska. Juneau is the Capitol city and besides government it's normal to have five cruise ships a day visit the port city. Tourist and tourism is a major industry in the warmer months along with fishing, hiking and such things as flight seeing tours. The old city is narrow with one main road and pushed up against a steep mountain range. There is a tramway to the top and it features a great view and many hiking trails. This is the remains of the last chance mine in Juneau.
