This is a woman fishing on Lake Chilkoot in Haines, Alaska. It's not uncommon to have a cloudy misty day. So as they say, "If you don't do it in the rain, you might never do it".

This area is Southeastern Alaska known as the "inside passage", protected from the Pacific ocean by hundreds of small and large islands. many of these islands are unpopulated and covered by a dense carpet of trees and growth that make up a temperate rain forest.
