Description

Full frame photography of Aluminum dust floating in the air. This type of element was used in the transporters for the original Star Trek tv show. Use by creating a matte (alpha) of a person and adding with matte using screen function in After Effects.
Good for particle beams too. Same technique, make an alpha of a beam and add through the beam image.
Don't try this at home, Aluminum dust floating in the air can be toxic.
Add to a nighttime cityscape (very subtly) to give a flickering look to the night lights of the city.

Location: United States
