Just mask the video into five pieces and they can be combined, layered, blurred, sized, animated, cropped and tinted... allowing you to assemble an almost infinite number of different HD 1080 smoke effects. Using the free Knoll "UnMult" plugin in After Effects works really well - it eliminates the black by creating an alpha channel.
