Description
Near the tomb Matriarch Rachel in Bethlehem. This is a separation barrier being constructed by the State of Israel along and within the West Bank. The barrier is a fence with vehicle-barrier trenches, and an 8 meter tall concrete wall. Supporters say the barrier is necessary to protect Israeli civilians from Palestinian terrorism, including the suicide bombing attacks.
