Scenes from Valencia, Spain´s 3rd largest city, located at the eastern mainland coast. Arguably its most impressive attraction, and one of Spain´s architectural masterpieces in general, is the futuristic "City of Arts and Sciences" (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias), work of the spanish star architects Santiago Calatrava (mainly) and Félix Candela. This megapark offers entertainment-, educational, cultural and social facilities and events. For more information, please visit the [link]http://www.cac.es/?languageId=1 official CAS web site[/link]. This bin contains mainly clips of the City of Arts (outdoor sights, taken from the 24h-accessible public area, except for the shots from the Oceanográfic facades, that have been filmed after passing an entrance gate). But there are also some clips from the historic district of Valencia. Filmed in June 2011, mainly on a Canon EOS 7D (HDSLR) in 1080p25, using a EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5, EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 and EF 50mm f/1.4. Some more shots have been taken with a Panasonic TM700 camcorder, using its propietary 1080p50 shooting mode that provides an image quality superior to standard AVCHD.
