Xi'an - China
Xi’an is the capital of Shaanxi province in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). One of the oldest cities in China, with more than three thousand years of history, the city was known as ‘Chang’an’ before the Ming Dynasty. Xi’an is one of the ‘Four Great Ancient Capitals of China’. Abroad, it is most well known for the nearby Terracotta Warriors, one of the major symbols of imperial China. This bin contains videos of these Terracotta Warriors, but also of the city itself. There are videos relating to traffic, construction, the railway station, the old Mulsim quarter, daily life, pollution, the ancient city wall, and tourism.
