From October 31 to November 2, Mexico celebrates Day of the Dead. On Día de Muertos, families welcome their deceased relatives for a brief reunion, leaving food, marigold flowers, candles, and other favorite items on loved ones’ graves and on altars called ofrendas inside their homes.
