Hello,
This is a very easy project to edit. You need Sure Target 2 (it's a free preset you can download from here http://www.videocopilot.net/presets/ ).
If you have Optical Flares plug-in go to Metalic Text.aep to change the flares, if not flares are prerended in Metalic Text(Prerenders).aep.
To change the text go to Project. There are 4 compositions you can change (text optional, your text here 1, your text here 2 and your text here 3) double click the text layer in each of them and tipe anything you want.
Render resolution:
Composition !Final 1080 render at 1920x1080
Composition !Final 720 render at 1280x720
