Just came back to pond5 after successfully using the beta some time ago ...
Now I can't add clips or buy clips ... ? simply says 'error on page' ...
Very frustrating. Any suggestions appreciated.

Just to follow up - we were able to resolve this via email. Everything worked fine after quitting and restarting the browser.

We already log all errors on normal pages and try to fix bugs immediately.
We've also added log of errors in AJAX requests to hopefully try to catch bugs like the above.
Best regards,
Marcus

Could you please send the output of https://www.pond5.com/de/index.php?page=sysinfo&what=all&pf_fullscreen=1 to tech@p5?
Does it help restarting your browser?
Is there any error messages?
I've changed it slightly so now you click on the text instead of the icon to be consistant with the other things there.
Best regards,
Marcus

Marcus,
I just tried to create a NEW BIN from the bottom column Pond5 provided. After I gave the Clip Bin Name, I clicked the bottom CREATE. But no response a tall. For this I tried a few time, include restart browser.

I found something that I can only guess was a bug in IE6. Does it work now?

I saw that some of the popups were positioned funny when the page was scrolled yesterday and fixed that. It looks good on IE6/IE7 here now.
Which browser do you have? What do you mean with "gone back to its old position"? Does it popup in the wrong place?
Best regards,
Marcus
