hehe, no but I have a second motor that I will attach to my lenses making smooth rack focusing very easy. Im also searching for someone who is capable to program apps for iphones or ipads. This will make it more interesting if you could control the movement, pan & tilt + focus over an freaking iphone or ipad.

Maybe something like this coupled with yours?
This guy made a follow focus that plugs into the USB port of the camera and uses the AF lens internal motor for rack focusing

I followed the link in your blog for the driver card, they say it's not in stock. You wouldn't happen to know if that is something they regularly stock?

Thanks Jake,
I know it already but the problem is that the Canon cameras handles the focusing motor very badly (not suited for fluid motion). His unit is awesome but Canon's internal software is worse (I mean the focusing part). Therefore he offers a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied how it works. The focus moves but it's a little bit jittery. I don't know if Canon can fix this with a firmware. Elsewhere the unit would be something I would buy right now.
