Stopped sales

Hello, why did the sales stop? I have a portfolio of 200 videos. For two months there is not a single sale on Pond5, unlike other stocks. https://www.pond5.com/artist/macroart

Unfortunately with more an more creators it becomes harder to compete. The best thing to do is to try to get better at the same time as increasing production.

I mean to say, find a way to work faster at the same time as increasing production. It's kind of difficult though. Hard to compete with big studios and such. I work alone (on music and sound) and it's tough. My sales have went down over the last year, but it could be related to Covid, as less companies are in need of the production music/videos, etc.

Try calling sales and customer service as a buyer. You'll understand why P5 is losing market share.

100% what Translumin said. Go buy something off this site and then try to deal with customer service on it. They're pure garbage, completely unprofessional, and the customer is never right. If it wasn't such a hassle to switch, I'd be long gone.
