I dunno.... I'm still wondering about why Micro 4/3 would be good (especially if one does not own any such lenses, esp. wide) and if the light sensitivity is better than those are supposed to be...I dunno...discussion?

Sensor size is only about that of cropped Nikon or Canon. I wonder how much of the added capability is software interpolation versus a better sensor.Having a small "point & shoot" with a short lens size does sound good for sensitive areas where a big dslr might not be allowed.

Don, not sure why you are saying the sensor is similar in size to APS-C? Looks a lot smaller....elucidate, please?

You are right, I meant to say smaller than APS-C. It looks like a crop factor of about 1.3. Much smaller than APS-C and slightly smaller than Nikon 1/CX sensor.

"Super" 16 (essentially 17mm) and 4/3 don't cross reference for some reason...twisting of the jargon? From what I can tell it's crop factor 2x ... which is great for wildlife and candid, but not so good for lush wides.... my reluctance has a lot to do with the fact that wide fast lenses seem really hard to get. Why I might hold out for the 4K for $4K version if I go the BlackMagic route... at this point I have time to wait and see what YOU GUYS think of it.....plus giving me some time to earn and save for the camera and all the other extra crap it will take to make a functional system.
