Option to display all collections?

When you enter an artist page some random Collections are shown at the bottom of the page - then when you enter a Collection you can only see 25 clips and there are now option to browse for more or load the rest of the Collection. you cant get it to show all Collections either - I think this has been working some time ago, but it would be nice to have it working again.

When i enter one of your collections i can see all clips which are included, but i remember that sometimes it's not working for a moment. Maybe CSS-code loading error or what else.
The number of visible collections in the portfolio is limited and can't become better. I reported this a time before because it's really unlucky that customers can't see all my collections or special ones which i would like to promote more. The answer from P5 was that there's no way to correct this failure! :( :( :(

So it's the best to include / add the collection link to every depending file!

So you mean it´s only temporary - howevever it´s strange that it´s not possible to show all artist Collections when you enter an artist page (I know it would only be 25 colletcions - but there could sill be the option to load more like on the rest of the page)

It would be nice to know if buyers even use collections. A couple years ago I stopped making collections and my sales have gone up. Not saying not doing collections helps sales but really not sure if making collections helps. Wonder if P5 could give us a percentage of sales that result from searching a catalog and buying based on the catalog search.

If it helps selling or not to have collections, an important reason for collections is my own overview, to find a special clip quickly or also to edit clips of a special collection later together.

I always thought that collections should help the buyer to find related clips easier, it´s a bit strange if collections arent used for any search purpose at all. Would be nice to know if it´s important to sort our clips into collections

So or so, if a buyer looks at a clip he can see a lot of related clips at the bottom, and also clips of this artist. To show him own collections is a gentle try to behold or focus the buyer at your content. It's not always or must not be a help for the buyer, but's it's a help for the seller. You shouldn't break your head if it's used or not.
If it's important to sort your clips into collections .... you will know when you're looking for a special clip for "footage requests" or website or any online promoting, ... which you has uploaded months or years before.
How will you find exactly this clip if it's not included in a collection which is easy searchable?

"I always thought that collections should help the buyer to find related clips easier,"

Yes, if you put your collection's thumbnails under your description.
At the same time, it is good to have collection for your own search, like Beckhusen said.

Last time I looked (few days ago) putting collection's thumbnail into descriptions no longer worked. And yes, only 25 collections on artist page (no way to see the rest). NOT HAPPY!

Heya guys,

Actually, I've just been informed that we've fixed the 25 collections issue. If you click on "view all collections" and scroll down, it should continue loading until all collections are displayed.

However, you're correct that new uploaders can no longer include thumbnails in descriptions. Users who have them in a clip's description already have been sort of "grandfathered" in. My understanding is that this is part of the update process for clip info pages.
