FTP down for Christmas

ftp is down, all servers. All show 1 file, very unusual display. Anyway and whatever the system is down.

Maximum number of users already loged in, it says... Hm... Someone give that server a friendly kick,please. :)

No FTP today ..... curators on vacation ..... frozen servers

No, I'm sure they're just ignoring things as they do everything... I emailed support with no response either.

still down, looks like at least a 24 hour flu bug ...

I uploaded a dozen files yesterday (Christmas day) to SS and they just got approved 20 minutes ago.... Less than 24 hours.

Must be a real bad flu bug, still in the hospital and no life in ftp-ville yet. I really hate to revert to SS as first upload but gotta keep uploading.

I've also noticed on more than one occasion that FTP server load is somehow tied to sales reports. when the FTP servers were not working, sale reports came about 10 minutes early. when FTP servers are heavily overloaded, sale reports are delayed perhaps for many hours.

they probably share resources, if not just the database.

FTP STILL DOWN - it must be North Korea - Curators still on vacation (or are they on strike?) ;-)
