Nah Jake - it's not the steady shot - she's just an awesomely smooth actress! Notice the gracefulness in that ballet like jump. She is a crouching tiger. I was expecting her to fly right at you in a moment. :)

She was practicing her ninja moves. I didn't film it but she threw one of those ninja stars at my head right after this scene.
You just can't second guess Delores.
