This is a Moneybooker's fault. From Revostock I got a very clear explanation:
---
Ok Revo Moneybookers producers. We have an update on the reason for the transfer to delay.
We contacted MoneyBookers today and were informed that there have been some changes with the transfer process. This is very frustrating for us, as we really are VERY concerned with getting your payments to you on time. We know our producers rely on the timely delivery of their funds by the 15th and we ask you to please accept our apologies for this delay. Moneybookers has promised to help us get our required new account online and the funds into it as soon as possible. To be fair, with the steps we will need to take, it will probably be the 20th or 21st before the funds will be where they need to be for the transfer, but we will do everything possible to make it sooner. We will keep you updated.
Again, we strongly apologize for the delay and hope it does not inconvenience you too greatly.
Please contact us via our helpdesk if you have any questions.

Hi folks,
There's been an issue with Moneybookers -- for compliance reasons on their end, they've required that we set up a new account (with all the paperwork that that entails) in order for us to add additional funds. We've sent out some of the Moneybookers payouts from our old account using the funds that were already there, and should be able to send out the remaining payouts by the end of the week. We've emailed all of the artists who have not been paid out.
Apologies for the delay here.
Tom

That's why I call them Moneyhookers. They always make such things. Every single agency I work with had a similar issue with Moneyhookers. Never heard the same on Paypal. My personal and only reason I stay with them is that they have half the Paypal rates. We should start considering direct transfer to submitters bank accounts or similar.

On April 17th both my and my wife's Pond5 accounts were showing that the funds were paid out on that very day. However, MoneyBookers (Skrill) account is still empty. This is getting very annoying.

hooverphonic...
As they have explained (above) that is not fault of Pond5, but Moneybookers/Skrill that has changed a lot of things (new brand, new contracts, new fees...) and so complaints should be directed to Skrill eventually, not here at pond5.
I am also in your exact situation, by the way.

jvvideo,
Have you contacted Moneybookers / Skril? If so, you must have provided them with transaction ID obtained from Pond5, correct? I am going to request transfer ID's from P5 and take the matte to Skrill directly.
