Number of views/sales

I cant see anyone's downloads not even mine.Like i said i could at least view mine until 2-3 days ago.So this feature has been going on and off randomly?Wow that's even more depressing now that i think about it.

I can confirm that all artists should be able to see the numbers of views and downloads on their items, so it does sound like there may be a bug floating around out there.

@gcrook - Please contact <support@pond5.com> with some example clipIDs and screenshots, we'll be happy to dig and and figure out what's going on.

at my office PC i see it, but at my home PC i see it not!
First idea that AdBlock or ZenMate blocks it seem to fail, because after deactivating it i still don't see it. Nevertheless maybe after deactivating my browser opens the page from the temp directory, but i also note that again the item description appears in a popup again.

I think a bug is much more likely, myself. It's probably only impacting specific browsers or platforms or something like that.

I deactivated AdBlock+, AdBlock and ZenMate, and cleaned my temp directory, but nothing changes.

On my home PC i also don't see the upload date of others clip.
One or two hours before at my office PC i saw very clear downloads, creation date and upload date of others clips.
Kuttis clip was uploaded at 27 Sept. and had 0 downloads. So i expect he hadn'd sold it.

If P5 coders didn't change anything shortly at the code it can only be prozessor depending. In my office i've AMD, at home i've Intel.
both systems using Firefox.

Cant say my system specs changed.One afternoon i could see a little bar below the description of all my clips with views/sales info and a few hours afterwards this simply disappeared form all my clips.
No updates/changes etc, so what more can i tell support?
Plus beckhusen says he could see the date of his clips, i haven't seen that info since the preview page redesign.

This is helpful information, thanks guys. We're still working out what's going on, but we'll get this fixed as soon as we can.

No clip page views/sales on mine. I'm kinda wondering why this might have been messed with in the first place. And if there was an accidental miscode of something that caused unintended consequences, it seems very possible that other "accidents" could cause buyers to see or not see our clips.

I found the views and number sales on all clips to be one of the most valuable sources of subject insight ... not sure why it went away. Also: atcgt:0 is gone.

Please Pond5 - we need MORE information.

Aren't all these changes in the last year tested on Macs, PC, and all the browsers before they go live? Seems like an easy fix. Test before making live??

I can't see the views or number of sales on the clips that were reported as sold tonight also. Sure wish private views and sales were visible again ...
