How Long is Your Queue?

My queue is aging. Do you know any kind of treatment against that? Should I try some SPA?

I don't think there is...there seem to just be a lot of different variables.

Also about 3 weeks and over 60 files. Is this normal? First few batches for me was under 2 weeks.
