If you get a chance go on the website "Personal View". It has EVERYTHING you ever need to know about the GH2 and GH3. The guys who develop the hacks for these cameras are regulars on the site and offer a ton of useful info. I've had my GH2 hacked to 176mb since I bought it and very happy with the results.

Shot this last evening. I shot 25 minutes. Odd that it broke it up into 4 videos. I wonder if it did it because I had it set to All-I. I don't recall the wedding I shot with it last weekend doing that, but I think I wasn't recording All-I then.

CONSTANT VIDEO RECORDING TEST with a battery that already had run for 1 hour in the previous test - 32 gb / 92mbs Scandisk Pro card - using IPB 50mbs @ 29.97 fps
RESULTS:
1) The only part of the camera where I felt a little rise in temperature was the area of the camera body behind the LCD..
2) It did not create a single file. It created files of about 4.1 gb in size.
3) At the end of the test the battery showed more than 1/2 battery life available.
4) THE 32 GB CARD RECORDED 90 MINUTES OF IPB FULL HD 30 FPS VIDEO.
So with a 64 GB card you get 180 minutes of 50mbs recording or 3 hours.
5) NO FRAMES LOST BETWEEN NEW FILES.

All native GH3 files uploaded to P5 where accepted. (i.e. mov/30p/All-I/72 mbs; mov/30p/IPB/50 mbs and mov/60p/IPB/50 mbs)
They are classified as H264.

Do you upload your files straight out of the camera? Don't they need some trimming? If so, what codec/specs do you use to export?

@Odesigns- the following clips where approved and are online. They are the original files from the SDHC Card uploaded to P5.
"Do you upload your files straight out of the camera? Don't they need some trimming?" I am taking several 15-19 seconds shots and use the best. If the original clip looks good, then I upload as is. I am using mostly the "vivid mode". (playing with its settings) because I read that it handles moire better. I still have not used the Iphone wireless utility to shoot clips.
The question still remains. ¿Will buyers buy the original h.264 All-Intra file? If they do, that will save me a lot of storage space.
Examples of approved clips:
.mov,30fps,All-Intra,72mbs
.mov,30fps,IPB,50 mbs
.mov,60fps,IPB,50 mbs

I often shoot more than I need to just to be assured that I'll get the shot, plus I generally want to remove the audio and I don't want to turn it off in the camera in the event I catch something good, so I don't think I'll be uploading my raw from the camera.
I guess that workflow just doesn't work for me. But it seems to work for you, so, kudos!

The file splitting is because of fat32 file size limit of cards. (4gig)
I've had goofy things happen when I merge them they aren't seamless on my fs700... But I think with avchd and premiere you are supposed to import the whole folder structure, which I haven't tried yet. I just do individual files.

I personally prefer ending up with many 4gb files than a huge 32 or 64 gb single file.
