@Odesigns - SS also accepted the GH3's native All-Intra files.

Nice to know. But I guess the way I shoot isn't optimal for submitting raw right out of the camera. Most all my stuff needs trimmed in some way.

Odesigns test how the Atomos Ninja 2 works with the small economical GH3 recording 72 mbs compressed h.264 mov files against uncompressed 4:2:0 files. http://www.orlowskidesigns.com/2013/05/testing-the-atomos-ninja-2-on-the-panasonic-gh3/

Nice to know, I will not be needing an Atomos Ninja. $$$ will best be spent in a lens.

By the way great website.

Thanks. I also have a lens addiction...

I discovered that the rubber eye piece falls easily. Not much force is needed to come loose. Lost mine but I was able to find it on the grass.

I am about to buy my next lens. Is the Lumix 20mm f1.7 as good as they say?..and a must to have?

Some people say the Olympus 45mm f1.8 is better.

I'm sure both will get the job done, but the bigger question is would you want 20mm or 45mm? I'd rather have 20mm.

Will those work on the BMC pocket cam?
cinecameratv 23 Jun 2013 13:07
Yes, (particularly the Panasonic 20mm) and they are relatively inexpensive. I am also researching the Olympus 12mm F2.0 for indoor use.
