Audio Sound Problem

I've exported audio as wave file and sounds perfect on my computer. But after I've uploaded it it sounds terrible, its like the sound quality is not what it was before, why is that? I can hear the female voice in the background is very loud and makes a lot of noise which is what I think is interferering with my audio clip.

Any advice??

Pond5 reduce the quality of audio previews so they don't get ripped off! Don't worry, the proper files go to the customer!
