I'm a little confused to be honest. Are you saying most sales come through Google searches, or has Pond5 adopted some of Google's search algorithms?
And keywords seem to be irrelevant for Google searches, but are still pretty important for Pond5 searches right?

As I understand, words in the Title and keywords are important for internal P5 search. Words in Description are not indexed in P5 search.

Don be better off with an extremely good title when it comes to searching in Google. Of course today one has to wade through allot of YouTube crap on Google.

From my own experience I can tell that the most important thing is to be as much as possible accurate in using keywords. When I started working on stock, I thought is good to have lots of keywords but later I found out that my sales increased(a considerable increase) after I used accurate keywords.

Thanks guys, it's a lot clearer now. It pays off to do everything as accurate as possible, although the description may be less important than the title and keywords.

Accurate, yeah. But don't forget the concept or mood feel keywords, as they are often very subjective. Lonely, etc.

having accurate keywords is a great start, and having a lot of them is even better.
