Any advice on clip pricing? I have a lot of item views but don't sell many clips, Are my prices too high?

You only have 81 clips out of millions here. Many great artists with several thousand clips get few sales. No your clips are not too high. In fact they are at the bottom end of industry standard. Lower prices will not make up for higher priced sales. Industry standard for HD is $79 and 4k is $199. When you get several thousand online, give them several months then more likely to get sales. @Jamie1983 you have some beautiful footage but pay close attention to your descriptions and keywords. I see that a lot of your clips don't even mention "drone" or "aerial" Spend time on this to ensure your content ends up in front of the right people. Price your content to reflect the quality of your work, never undervalue yourself.
