can't download clip

I'm on fast cable internet. I have tried to download a purchased clip three times. The process freezes each time before completing and it says there is a source file problem.

What should I do? I have a receipt for my footage but cannot access the shot.

At the bottom of this page there's a contact us form and a phone number. If your in the US try calling in the morning around 8 or 9 am ESTif no answer send the form to either curator or tech. Good Luck.

Well just for the emergency, reboot your computer try using another brand of internet browser.

Have you tried sending a PM to the person who uploaded it?

There may be a problem with the original file.

I had a couple of clips recently that wouldn't play properly - I thought P5's system had chewed them up, but of course for some (unknown) reason my system had spit out a couple of duds.

I changed my browser as I found Internet Explorer can be problematic
