Pricing glitch

I've noticed declining sales and thought it was the change to exclusive, though I did not go exclusive. I was looking through search results today and noticed that my clips are NOT priced at what I set. After looking it over I realized what was happening. Pond 5 is taking the price I'm putting for my 4k clips, usually either $129 or $179, and applying it as the HD price and then increasing the 4k price but I have it set to "autoprice smaller sizes" and put the price in the 4k slot. I have an email into support, but you might want to check your clips and see if the same is happening to you.
