If description, keywords, camera make and model are not inserted then stop the submission form and make them mandatory entries. This makes it easier on artists and especially on curators having to notify then curate a second time.
2. On the photo side (and if possible on the footage side) exif data of camera, model and even lens should be automatically inserted and shown to buyer. Along with all the settings including f stop, time, ISO etc that all go together that helps determine quality.
